PaperCoach has earned its reputation as a reliable and affordable workhorse. They deliver papers of decent quality and sometimes can positively surprise even a demanding customer. However, in most cases, they just do their writing job well and justify their reputation as a go-to place for thousands of customers.

For testing purposes, we have also placed an essay order at PaperCoach. The delivered paper was written in a good style, with no grammar issues whatsoever. We only had a few minor complaints about the mastery of the topic addressed (though not critical).

An average college student would find this service as affordable. This opinion is based on the rather cheap base price (12.99 USD per page), and the fact that PaperCoach provides many extra features for free, such as a bibliography page, a free sample page, and up to 3 revisions. The only thing where we would like to see a better pricing approach is the attraction and retention of customers, as currently a new customer is not entitled to any discounts.

Others have made very similar observations about this service as we did. In fact, all major customer review sites are packed with positive feedback to PaperCoach’s work. This even seemed a bit suspicious to us, since, for a company with over a 5-year history (PaperCoach was founded in 2016), the absence of negative reviews looks strange, indeed.

Customer Support

The thing that we didn’t like about their customer support service was that they apparently hire some non-local agents. The accent we heard on the phone resembled some Asian language, presumably Indian and Pakistani. Other than that, the support works just fine: they will pick up the phone to answer customers’ questions any day of the week and will do everything possible to resolve any disputes.

At the same time, the free plagiarism checker and grammar tool are definitely a big plus to the company’s reputation. We also heard of occasional promo codes giveaways, although we were not lucky enough (or simply did not use the service for a longer time) to see one.
