Paper Quality

Edubirdie claims to be a high-end service for demanding customers. They are proud of hiring only native English speakers as their writers and cover a wide range of academic disciplines and types of assignments. However, does the quality of their papers match with their ambitious self-perception?

For this Edubirdie review i placed two orders at their website, one with a simple narrative essay assignment and one with a literature review task. The quality of the first order delivered to me was acceptable (and I consider myself to be a picky customer). However, the second task was completely failed. I doubt my writer has ever written and analyzed the book in my review, as his review did not capture the essence of this literary piece.

Prices and Fees

Since Edubirdie positions themselves as a superior service for college and university students, their price policy is also in the top range. Ordering a basic essay you may not get hurt by the price tag, however, going anywhere further in task complexity will surely make you reassess your budget. My literature review cost was 39 USD for a 4-pages paper. I don’t think it was worth the price at all.

Guarantees

Being a popular writing company, Edubirdie seems to devote much effort to assurances and guarantees. On their website, one can find a comprehensive Satisfaction Guarantee policy and a standard Money-Back policy. They have even placed a short video message from one of their senior management members, talking about assurances of adhering to high customer standards and always placing the customer first. Those are only beautiful words, after all, in reality, they didn’t accept my complaint about the poor quality of the literature review piece and never offered a rewrite.

Edubirdie’s website contains a section with customer reviews. I am not surprised there are only positive reviews there, not a single negative one. Moreover, I was able to search their company online and found that in 2017 they were caught paying popular YouTubers and bloggers to popularize their services.

The customer support service works as expected from a premium writing service. They offer 24/7 live chat support and a daytime phone line to take calls and answer questions. There is also an email address, but who would want to use that, knowing how slow it may work compared to a live chat?

I didn’t face any difficulties filling in all the necessary information and submitted the form within 10 minutes. Within a little while, I was emailed the name of my assigned writer and a link to follow the order progress. Once the task was done, I was given a link to pay the price and the link to download my bespoke paper. I wanted to send my negative feedback to the writer about the poor book review quality, but unfortunately, the company does not offer such an option.
